As Executive Director of Minarah, Yahya Karim is responsible for the organisation’s long-term strategy and execution. His study and grounding in Islamic jurisprudence helps ensure Minarah remains principled and anchored in sound tradition.
Dr Firdaws Karim
Director of Research & Community Engagement | Co-Founder
Dr Firdaws Karim is an Associate Lecturer and social sciences researcher specialising in Muslim women’s experiences of gendered Islamophobia. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences, with research focused on identity, faith, and social wellbeing.
At Minarah, Dr Firdaws Karim leads research direction and community engagement, ensuring programs and events are intellectually sound and grounded in research-informed community practice.
